1. If you are modeling incompressible
flow, the pressure drop will be the quantity of interest and not
the actual pressure value.
2. Fluent will fix the pressure at a particular location based on
either the value at a pressure boundary or the location specified
in Operating condition panel. Hence, it is possible to get negative
pressure value for an incompressible flow problem.
3. Please check the results of steady state solution for pressure
distribution. If the pressure distribution is quite different from
the value you obtained after time step-1, please recheck the
changes you have made while shifting from steady state to transient
state simulation.
