如何讓機(jī)器自動(dòng)的逐個(gè)計(jì)算一系列的job文件呢?
------------------------------------------
ABAQUS/cae 創(chuàng)建job界面不支持隊(duì)列方式,可以在abaqus command命令窗口輸入以下命令:

批處理文件內(nèi)容:
cmd/c abaqus job=beam interactive
cmd/c abaqus job=beam1 interactive
cmd/c abaqus job=beam2 interactive
cmd/c abaqus job=beam3 interactive
...
cmd/c abaqus job=beamn interactive

采用以上格式寫(xiě)好后, 存成批處理文件bat, 如 abc.bat, 然后在abaqus command 窗口內(nèi)輸入abc后回車(chē)
可一次提交,然后連續(xù)逐步的執(zhí)行多個(gè)job計(jì)算。

以上命令末尾如沒(méi)有interactive一詞,則表示一次提交全部,將不是逐個(gè)提交,等前面的計(jì)算完再提交后一個(gè)。

[前處理]ABAQUS多處理器進(jìn)行并行計(jì)算

環(huán)境:
ABAQUS6.3+8 IntelXeon 700MHz CPU+4G Ram+Win2k AdvServer SP3
在命令行模式下,abaqus命令的下面三個(gè)參數(shù)進(jìn)行并行計(jì)算的控制:
[cpus=number-of-cpus]
[parallel={loop | domain | supernode | tree]
[domains=number-of-domains]
ABAQUS/Explicit:
parallel參數(shù)可選domain,loop
domain進(jìn)行拓?fù)溆虿⑿?loop進(jìn)行循環(huán)級(jí)并行(默認(rèn))
但在NT系統(tǒng)下,不支持loop參數(shù)
cpus數(shù)要可以整除domains數(shù),也就是一個(gè)cpu可以進(jìn)行多個(gè)domain的計(jì)算

6.5 Example: circuit board drop test
circuit.inp分析為例(standard_memory = "256 Mb")
1cpu:
abaqus job=circuit int8
cup利用率100%,運(yùn)行時(shí)間506s
2cpu:
abaqus job=circuit parallel=domain domains=4 cpus=2 int
每個(gè)cup利用率接近100%,運(yùn)行時(shí)間402s
4cpu:
abaqus job=circuit parallel=domain domains=4 cpus=4 int
每個(gè)cup利用率為80%左右,運(yùn)行時(shí)間297s
8cpu:
abaqus job=circuit parallel=domain domains=8 cpus=8 int
每個(gè)cup利用率為40%左右,運(yùn)行時(shí)間364s
ABAQUS/Standard:
parallel參數(shù)可選supernode,tree
supernode(默認(rèn))對(duì)單波前進(jìn)行并行處理,tree對(duì)多波前同時(shí)進(jìn)行并行處理
domains參數(shù)無(wú)效
對(duì)于線性方程并有稀疏剛度矩陣的模型并行計(jì)算有效

t1-std.inp分析為例(standard_memory = "1000 Mb")
1cpu:
abaqus j=t1-std int
cup利用率為70%左右,運(yùn)行時(shí)間390s
4cpu (supernode):
abaqus j=t1-std parallel=supernode cpus=4 int
所有系統(tǒng)cpu均被使用,每個(gè)cpu利用率運(yùn)行過(guò)程中不斷大幅變化,運(yùn)行時(shí)間454s
4cpu (tree):
abaqus j=t1-std parallel=tree cpus=4 int
所有系統(tǒng)cpu均被使用,每個(gè)cpu利用率運(yùn)行過(guò)程中不斷大幅變化,運(yùn)行時(shí)間352s
8cpu (supernode):
abaqus j=t1-std parallel=supernode cpus=8 int
每個(gè)cpu利用率接近100%,運(yùn)行40多分鐘后還無(wú)法結(jié)束
8cpu (tree):
abaqus j=t1-std parallel=tree cpus=8 int
每個(gè)cpu利用率接近90%,運(yùn)行時(shí)間545s
結(jié)論:
多CPU并行處理對(duì)Explicit效果顯著,對(duì)Standard在很多情況下效果不明顯,甚至可能
使運(yùn)算更慢,只使用Standard的同學(xué)基本可以不用考慮買(mǎi)多cpu的機(jī)器
